One link per route. Embed it, link it, or run the viewer under your own domain. The regions are ours to prepare; the routes are yours.
No logo of ours and no attribution beyond what the open data requires.
Each region is prepared once and then serves every route in it. New regions are prepared as they are needed, given processors, memory, disk space and a little patience: it is a balancing act.
